As a consumer, we tend to choice a product with a good quality. However, there are normally higher price to pay if we want higher quality of the product....

Calling all GMN members! We want your thoughts and views (photographs, that is!) on a range of topics!
All you have to do is to write and hand in an article of between 500 and 650 words on a topic. Be creative, constructive, critical, or even philosophical; but please, no negative rants that don't serve any purpose.
If you're better at photography, you can also submit a pictorial of at least three, but not more than five, photographs on the topic. They should be in JPEG format, not smaller than 500 pixels in either width or height (the longer edge), and less than 1MB in size.
Chosen selections will get a free 3-month subscription to The Star e-paper!
To kick things off, the first two topics -- valid until the end of February, 2007, are:
1. Visit Malaysia Year 2007; and
2. The country's "Brain Gain Malaysia" programme to recall top talent and skills
